POSITION: SAP SOLUTION ENGINEER

SALARY: $ 90,000/Year

HOURS: FULL TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• HCM Consultant with an experience of around 2-3 years in SAP HCM and SF ECP
• SAP HCM experience in implementation and support projects
• Experience in handling, tracking and testing of SAP releases and system changes
• Experience in PCR and Schema configuration, Pro-ration and Factoring, Absence Type Creations, Personnel Actions, Organizational Management.
• Experience in Field Mapping in SF ECP, Payroll Control Center and SF EC to ECP Integrations
• Work on US Payroll such as Overpayments, Garnishments, Benefits and good understanding on US legislation
• Provide functional consulting support for multiple clients
• Work on SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules
• Collaborate with third party systems and work on data mapping fields during Integration Projects

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

-Education: Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent

-Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SAP HCM and SF ECP

-Additional Experience: Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
