We architect these solutions upon a solid foundation of 'right-mix' of off-the-shelf products/frameworks and custom development. We can deliver e-integration solutions based on a variety of platforms such as Microsoft, Sun and IBM. Our processes and competence groups are ramped up to deliver business solutions based on the products and technologies from industry leaders in these domains. Our activities and deliverables are planned in a phased manner to optimize our Onsite/Offshore model.

Integration Methodology

Assess is aimed at understanding existing business environment and management's vision for future business environment. It enables a 'partnership' approach during entire project life cycle. The project delivery team leverages this experience during subsequent phases to ensure that delivered solution would meet business needs

Define is aimed at establishing technical systems requirements for the proposed business solution. The technical requirements include (but are not limited to) Lifecycle, Operations, Infrastructure, and Integration and Migration requirements.

Create is aimed at establishing a complete roadmap to implement desired business requirements. The processes during this phase translate requirements to design and provide requisite inputs for developers to implement the solution. The 'solution architecture specification' developed as part of this process includes (but is not limited to) System, Application, Data, Physical, Security and External interfaces architecture.

Build is focused on developing the business solution as per the architecture finalized during the previous phase. The chosen business products are customized as per the plan and custom business components are developed to meet business needs. The complete solution is exhaustively tested to ensure conformance to business requirements.

Check is to ensure that the complete system would be integrated and tested as per integration testing plan and delivered to the Client.

Validate ensures that the system undergoes acceptance testing by the client.
